Great location near Karpacz, perfect for exploring the area. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. The views of the mountains from our room were stunning.
Our room was too hot without air conditioning and the noise from the air conditioning unit outside our balcony made it difficult to sleep.

The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of choices and great coffee to start the day. . the location was perfect, being close to Karpacz and all the activities there. It made it easy to explore the area and enjoy everything it had to offer. One of the best aspects of the stay was the beautiful view of the mountains. It was truly breathtaking and added to the overall experience.
There was no air conditioning in the room, which made it uncomfortable, especially during the hot Christmas season. . the jacuzzi, which was one of the amenities we were looking forward to, was out of order, which was disappointing.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The breakfast was the best we had during our time in Poland, with a full buffet and excellent coffee. The staff was very friendly and efficient, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The restaurant on-site served incredibly tasty dinners, and we were impressed by the exceptional quality of the meals. The receptionists were also extremely nice and helpful throughout our stay. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to Karpacz allowed us easy access to all the activities and attractions in the area. The view of the mountains from our room was absolutely stunning.
